Our client is fully accredited and a reputable company that has a good standing in the industry and is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for the Air Conditioning sector in the United Kingdom. They work on large projects from Design, Installation, Maintenance, and Service of Air conditioning and Refrigeration systems. Around 30 years of experience in the field and an experienced team that works together to accomplish their objectives.
About the Role:
The main purpose of the job is to generate new sales and conversion of inquiries
- Should Manage the Internal Sales Team
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Convert Quotes to Sales Orders
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Understanding the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs/wants
- Develop new business opportunities
- Promoting Company products & Services to the Building Services Consultants and Contractors
- Visiting Customers to discuss future projects
About the Candidate:
The candidate must possess strong negotiation, excellent problem-solving, and sales skills. Candidate should be self–motivated and driven to reach high standards.
- Experience in an Engineering/Technical Sales target
- Should be able to carry out additional tasks within your capability as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and to meet the needs of the business
- Full driving license required as you will be visiting customer sites
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry would be an advantage
