Sales Executive

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a technically focused Sales Executive to support the development of a new proactive sales function and expand their presence across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Executive, you will take a proactive lead in identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Work closely with existing clients to maintain relationships and uncover further sales potential.
- Manage a full UK sales territory with occasional international travel to support global clients.
- Sell the full suite of engineered height safety solutions into key industries.
- Research new markets, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and conduct client surveys.
- Build strong internal relationships across engineering, project, and support teams.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range and keep informed on competitor activity.
- Coordinate sales activities to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- Split your time between field-based meetings and office/home working, with flexibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the construction or engineered product space.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to read working drawings.
- An engineering background or qualification (degree desirable, not essential).
- Consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, professional, and commercially astute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
