Sales Executive

The Company:

A leading manufacturer and supplier of MDF mouldings, to interiors, joinery, and construction sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation and service. The company is looking for a Sales Executive with experience selling into Merchants specifically to cover South West & Wales.

Responsibilities: 

• As a Sales Executive you will enhance brand awareness specifically within the Merchant markets. 
• Manage and develop customer accounts, by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and branches. 
• Provide proactive customer service, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to customer needs. 
• Ensure products are merchandised and displayed to a high standard in-store, with marketing collateral reflecting the brand’s commitment to excellence. 
• Assist marketing with customer campaign engagement. 
• Provide on-site customer training on product storage and best practices. 
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients. 
• Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to deliver regional sales targets. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Passionate about working with people and maintaining high standards. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
