Resident Liaison Officer

BRIEF OUTLINE

We have a remarkable opportunity for an experienced RLO looking to join one of the country’s preeminent M&E contractors, providing first class service to the company, client and tenant.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To act as a key point of contact.
  • Liaise between the client, the tenant and Dodd Group staff in order to provide a first class service
  • Provide advice and support for tenants
  • Assist with the resolution of any disputes
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection are observed at all times
  • Ability to capture and record information accurately
  • Support the reduction in complaints
  • Attendance at site/client meetings when required
  • Support Service Delivery Manager

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar role in the public or private sector
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Motivated with a can-do attitude to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Clean DBS check required

PACKAGE

  • £27 000 – £32 000, Based on experience
  • Company car provided
