Resident Liaison Officer
BRIEF OUTLINE
We have a remarkable opportunity for an experienced RLO looking to join one of the country’s preeminent M&E contractors, providing first class service to the company, client and tenant.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To act as a key point of contact.
- Liaise between the client, the tenant and Dodd Group staff in order to provide a first class service
- Provide advice and support for tenants
- Assist with the resolution of any disputes
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection are observed at all times
- Ability to capture and record information accurately
- Support the reduction in complaints
- Attendance at site/client meetings when required
- Support Service Delivery Manager
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar role in the public or private sector
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Motivated with a can-do attitude to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong time management skills
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Clean DBS check required
PACKAGE
- £27 000 – £32 000, Based on experience
- Company car provided
