Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of ground remediation projects.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and other managers while attending site meetings.

• Prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments.

• Enforce strict health and safety regulations across all project sites.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship among employees and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with other managers to plan and supervise projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing ground remediation sites is essential.

• CSCS Managers Card or equivalent required.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Commercially aware and proficient with PC-based management tools.
