Responsibilities: 

  • A Regional Sales Manager will be promoting and carrying out specification sales across the Republic of Ireland to architects, main contractors, roofing contractors, merchants, distributors and other key decision-makers within the construction industry.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will be working closely with the Area Sales Managers in regard to available opportunities and will report directly to the Director.
  • Use industry expertise and knowledge to drive business development and achieve targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals to manage and grow existing accounts as well as pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and secure project specifications.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences and networking events to showcase the products and expand professional networks.

Requirements:

  • A Regional Sales Manager must have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Experience in specification sales, particularly with architects and contractors.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to maintain and grow long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of natural roofing products or the wider construction market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently across the Republic of Ireland.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
