Regional Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • As a Regional Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads and follow up on prospective customer enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, negotiating terms to secure sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and lost orders via the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement targeted action plans for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to senior management.
  • Attend exhibitions, customer meetings, and events as required.
  • Travel throughout the UK and overseas when necessary.
  • Support the Rental Department with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management, sense of accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
