About the Role:
- Pricing of change orders
- Measurement of client design drawings with a particular focus on groundworks
- Dealing with subcontractor orders and general paperwork
- Management of companies cost ledger
- Procurement of materials
- Creating monthly applications towards client and understanding and developing project budgets
- Dealing with client queries related to scope of works – good understanding of BoQ and SoW
- Any other reasonable requests as required for the business
- Develop long term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Increase the possibility of repeat business
- Keeping in-step with the needs and concerns of your client resulting in client satisfaction
- Any other reasonable requests from management
- It is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the company core values
