We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work in the companies Design & Shopfitting division, who is passionate about their role in offering excellent service and standards to our customers. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and able to work on own initiative and also as part of our larger team.

About the role

  • Complete detailed store surveys 
  • Prepare project estimates by compiling documents including scope of work, specification and Program of Work
  • Using the quotation system, calculate costs and resolve discrepancies to agreed SLA’s
  • Provide the customer with the terms of supply, clear timescales, legal responsibilities and Health & Safety requirements
  • Obtain signed orders, ensuring lead times and Programs of Work are included 
  • Ensure all works are carried out professionally, to the agreed standard and timescale
  • Production of final job costing including variations for project contract invoicing
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to summarise information and trends

About the candidate

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Knowledge of retail store design and understanding of refit programming
  • An understanding of available equipment and finishes and how projects are implemented
  • Knowledge of statutory and legal requirements including CDM, Building Regulations and Health & Safety responsibilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
