About our client 

Our client is a well-established Mechanical Building Services contractor with over 20 years in the M&E Industry. Due to significant growth, there is now a key requirement for a HVAC Project Manager to join their busy design and build division overseeing multiple projects throughout the UK. 

About the role 

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Programming, 

• Allocating and resourcing materials and labour 

• Overall project delivery from concept through to completion. 

• Management and Reporting of KPI’s including financial, supply chain management and H&S,   

• Travel to Site as programme dictates (Typically 3 days on site and 2 days in the office on average) 

About the candidate 

• Previous experience working in the Mechanical Building Services Industry (minimum of 7 

• years) 

• Knowledge of retail, leisure. Commercial and office fit sectors 

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once (number of contracts depends on the size, but typically up to 4 projects at a time) 

• Prepared to Travel (Sites are ranged throughout the UK)
