About the Role

• Managing site-based staff
• Liaising with Design and Commercial team
• Regular progress meetings with the client as well as Contract Management
• General Health and Safety
• Ensuring project delivery to time scale
• Producing RAMS and writing programmes
• Able to assist with Planning and Change Management

About the Candidate

• Previous Groundworks experience of at least 5 years
• Stable work history
• Effective management style
• Proven track record delivering large scale projects
• Very commercially aware, able to multi task multiple project elements at one time
