About the Role
- Managing site-based staff
- Liaising with Design and Commercial team
- Regular progress meetings with the client as well as Contract Management
- General Health and Safety
- Ensuring project delivery to time scale
- Producing RAMS and writing programmes
- Able to assist with Planning and Change Management
About the Candidate
- Previous Groundworks experience of at least 5 years
- Stable work history
- Effective management style
- Proven track record delivering large scale projects
- Very commercially aware, able to multi task multiple project elements at one time
