An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver BMS projects across the Northern Region. This role involves managing contracts, financial targets, and project execution while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Due to continued success and expansion, they are investing in the Northern Region and seeking a motivated individual to drive project delivery and regional growth.

Project Manager Roles/Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage BMS projects in accordance with contract scope, company policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Oversee contractual aspects, including payments, variations, and dispute resolution with support from senior leadership.
  • Establish and track financial targets, reporting risks and progress to the Project Director.
  • Provide technical support to customers and engineering teams, working with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation of project works.
  • Assist in commercial discussions and support sales teams in securing new clients.
  • Play a key role in regional expansion, including team development and recruitment.
  • Lead and mentor project commissioning teams, coaching individuals for career growth.

Project Manager Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project or Contract Management, ideally with a strong BMS technical background.
  • Knowledge of commercial, design, and financial aspects of multi-disciplinary contracts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • CSCS cardholder preferred.
