An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver BMS projects across the Northern Region. This role involves managing contracts, financial targets, and project execution while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Project Manager Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and manage BMS projects in accordance with contract scope, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Oversee contractual aspects, including payments, variations, and dispute resolution with support from senior leadership.
- Establish and track financial targets, reporting risks and progress to the Project Director.
- Provide technical support to customers and engineering teams, working with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
- Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation of project works.
- Assist in commercial discussions and support sales teams in securing new clients.
- Play a key role in regional expansion, including team development and recruitment.
- Lead and mentor project commissioning teams, coaching individuals for career growth.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project or Contract Management, ideally with a strong BMS technical background.
- Knowledge of commercial, design, and financial aspects of multi-disciplinary contracts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- CSCS cardholder preferred.
