Job Title: Contracts Manager – Commercial Flooring

Location: Leicester, UK (Midlands-based sites, with some nationwide retail locations)

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established family-run commercial flooring business that has been serving clients since 1961. With a strong focus on maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, the company is now looking to expand their team with a Project Manager to oversee a variety of exciting projects.

Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing flooring projects across hospitals, schools, and retail spaces. Most projects are based in the Midlands, but there will also be a selection of nationwide retail projects shared among the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

  • Oversee site operations, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients

  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met on-site

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Manage resources and scheduling to meet project deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in project management within the commercial flooring industry

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with hospital, school, or retail projects is a plus
