Role Responsibilities:
- Manage passive fire protection projects from inception to completion
- Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of compliance and safety
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain timelines and budgets
- Monitor site activity, quality control, and health & safety compliance
- Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues
- Regional travel required to oversee multiple live projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing passive fire protection works (fire stopping and/or fire doors)
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and third-party accreditations such as FIRAS or BM TRADA
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
