Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the project management teams with their daily operational issues

• Take the lead in the weekly labour planning meetings

• Coordinate the labour look-ahead schedule

• Mentor managers and identify training needs

• Promote good relations with clients on site

• Hold quarterly managers and supervisors meetings at the head office

• Facilitate safety committee meetings

• Oversee project profitability and cost management

• Manage health and safety issues, promoting safety-based behaviour

• Oversee quality assurance (QA) and compliance on each site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong leadership experience in operations management

• Expertise in project management and site supervision

• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations

• Experience in driving operational improvements and managing project profitability
