Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the project management teams with their daily operational issues

Take the lead in the weekly labour planning meetings
-
Coordinate the labour look-ahead schedule
-
Mentor managers and identify training needs
-
Promote good relations with clients on site
-
Hold quarterly managers and supervisors meetings at the head office
-
Facilitate safety committee meetings
-
Oversee project profitability and cost management
-
Manage health and safety issues, promoting safety-based behaviour
-
Oversee quality assurance (QA) and compliance on each site
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong leadership experience in operations management
-
Expertise in project management and site supervision
-
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
-
Experience in driving operational improvements and managing project profitability
