About the role 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will organise labour and material on sites 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager be complete take offs from drawings, obtain quotations then build the quote for the Main Contractors 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will be liaising with the clients and sub contracts 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will deliver HVAC installations within Budget 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will be responsible for evaluating Costs and Estimates for HVAC installations, ranging from £50k-£2m on large Domestic Installs 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will be responsible for managing supervisors and senior engineers 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will benefit from a £50k – £60k basic 

About the candidate 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will have a strong HVAC background 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will need to be computer literate, and able to use Excel 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager needs to have experience as a contract’s engineer / contracts manager 

  • HVAC Contracts manager/ Project Manager will be able to read drawing and complete quotations, ranging from £50k-£2m for large Commercial and Domestic installs
