They offer a complete turnkey operation on multi-million pound projects, with design, mechanical, electrical and public health contracting services, all in-house. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• As a Mechanical Estimator you will be responsible for validating the project’s Scope of Work 

• Developing cost models and plans 

• Submitting accurate estimates 

• Managing bids for design and build projects, including large and more complex major schemes  

• Ensuring that all client requirements and technical issues are fully considered. 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE 

• 1+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Estimator required 

• Demonstrate experience of good time management and organisational skills. 

• Must have a sound understanding of mechanical services, drawings, specifications, programmes, labour requirements. 

• High-level of attention to detail. 

• Ability to use own initiative and problem solving.

PACKAGE 

• £40 000 – £60 000, depending on experience.
