Our client is a well-established player in the industry, successfully completing numerous projects across various sectors. Working primarily in London & the South of England, they focus on contracts from major installations through to maintenance projects. Project sizes vary from £100k up to £6m.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Up to £75k depending on experience 

• Prepare and submit cost estimates utilising. 

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formulate estimates and resolve issues. 

• Analyse drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates. 

• Establish and maintain tendering processes and conduct negotiations. 

• Control and organise tender documentation. 

• Track variations and valuations. 

• Perform other duties as required. 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE 

• Be based in the Surrey or surrounding areas. 

• Prior experience in estimating is essential. 

• Confident working alone and as part of a team

• Company turnover of £30m. 

• The company has been in service for over 35 years. 

• Strong repeat customer base
