ABOUT THE ROLE

Up to £75k depending on experience

Prepare and submit cost estimates utilising.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formulate estimates and resolve issues.

Analyse drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates.

Establish and maintain tendering processes and conduct negotiations.

Control and organise tender documentation.

Track variations and valuations.
-
Perform other duties as required.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Be based in the Surrey or surrounding areas.

Prior experience in estimating is essential.

Confident working alone and as part of a team
