Overall Purpose: 

• To organise and deliver engineering services projects. 

• Uphold and communicate the values and culture of the company. 

• Position the client as the Contractor of choice. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Working within an established Mechanical Estimating and Design Team 

• Tendering and bidding on projects worth up to £50M MEP within the high-end residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors 

• Completing mechanical design works on projects which are being tendered. 

• Attending client and site meetings 

Competences: 

• Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a specialist team. 

• Be analytical and have good problem-solving skills. 

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. 

• Previous experience within a Mechanical Design Estimator role, on M&E projects worth up to £50M 

• HNC Qualified in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline. 

• Experienced in using both Design and Estimating software 

• Be flexible. 

• Commercial acumen
