Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for interior fit out projects
• Conduct on-site measurements and take-offs
• Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Keep accurate records of all costs and quantities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Previous experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior fit out sector
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
