• Resolving commercial issue and contractual disputes • Bill of quantities • In house training with senior members of staff • Prepare tender and contract documents • Risk management and cost control • Commercial management of projects

About the Candidate

 • Previous experience in a Quantity surveying role • Degree educated ideally • Keen to develop • Excellent communication skills • Teamwork orientated • At least a years’ experience in the Groundworks industry
