About The Role 

• Reporting to the Project Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for co-ordination of site works and the day to day operations in compliance with the contract programme 

• Management of project resources i.e. labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors and the strict monitoring of safe working practices, quality and production levels. 

About the Candidate 

• Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site. 

• Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety, quality and environmental aspects. 

• Can do all their own site admin. 

• Can attend post-tender interviews 

• • Liaise with contractors and clients of all levels 

• Can problem solve without the contract managers input 

• Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, CDM regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation. 

• Ability to mobilise, manage and co-ordinate subcontractors in conjunction with Contracts Manager. 

• Experience in presenting to clients and professional teams and maintaining and developing client relationships. 

• SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid
