About The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for co-ordination of site works and the day to day operations in compliance with the contract programme

Management of project resources i.e. labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors and the strict monitoring of safe working practices, quality and production levels.
About the Candidate
-
Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site.
-
Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety, quality and environmental aspects.

Can do all their own site admin.

Can attend post-tender interviews
-
• Liaise with contractors and clients of all levels
-
Can problem solve without the contract managers input
-
Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, CDM regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation.

Ability to mobilise, manage and co-ordinate subcontractors in conjunction with Contracts Manager.
-
Experience in presenting to clients and professional teams and maintaining and developing client relationships.
