Installation Manager (Joinery)
My client is currently looking for a talented and experienced Installation Manager (Joinery) to join an expanding team on a series of exciting pop-up shop and exhibition projects.
In this role you will be reporting to the Installation Director and be part of a wider team to manage and co-ordinate installations on a number of sites.
About the Role:
- Building strong working relationships with site employees including site managers, quantity surveyors and sub-contractors.
- Maintaining a close working relationship with our internal contracts team to ensure the smooth day to day running of installations.
- Overseeing all works carried out and responding to all on site issues.
- Completing all site health and safety and compliance checks.
- Carrying out site surveys and co-ordinate access for deliveries.
- Completing and returning all required reports, documents, and logs on time and in agreed format.
About the Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role, i.e. installation of commercial joinery exhibits or POS
- Previous experience of working in a field-based environment
- Experience of working in the building trade
- High level of technical knowledge
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Full, driving license
- Flexible approach
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the joinery market/retail fit-out is preferred.
- CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS
