Industrial Scaffolding Estimator 

Brief Outline    

•    A UK wide, industry leading contractor in the industrial scaffolding market requires am experienced Estimator to oversee pricing and commercial processes on large petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power and infrastructure projects.

•    The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in their various projects and the overall progress of the company throughout it’s on going expansion.

Our client is a market leading, industrial services, scaffolding and access contractor working across all regions in the UK and abroad. As a company, they deliver specialist Scaffolding and industrial services solutions to some of the UK’s most prestigious projects and clients.

Their turnover has increased year-on-year and have a large pipeline of work for the year ahead already.

About the Role    

• They are looking to recruit an experience Senior Estimator that has the desire to become a senior figure in their commercial team n the North. 
• You will be pricing multi million pound contracts for flagship projects in the region, working for tier 1 client across a variety of sector.
• The successful candidate will be working closely with an experienced Regional Director and Commercial Managers, as well as fellow operations management staff based on site.
• Collaborating with engineering teams or scaffolding designers to create scaffolding plans that meet the structural and safety requirements of the project. 
• Providing different pricing options for clients, including cost-saving alternatives or adjustments based on client budgets and project needs.

About the Candidate    

•    Previous experience in pricing large scale industrial scaffolding contracts

•    Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise 

•    Analytical and problem-solving skills 

•    Sound knowledge and understanding of scaffolding systems
