Specification Sales Manager – Ceramic Tiles & Architectural Surfaces
Location: London and Surroundings
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus commission structure
About the client
My client is a leading manufacturer in the ceramic wall and floor tiles and architectural surfaces sector. This exciting role involves selling high-quality, sustainable tile solutions to architects, designers, and end-users in the London area and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the specified territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers in the interiors and construction sectors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our tile solutions.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on product selection and technical specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in specification sales, ideally with experience selling ceramic tiles or similar products.
- Strong network within the A&D (Architecture & Design) community and experience engaging with end-users.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline effectively.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials is a plus.
