Contracts Manager – Commercial Flooring

Our client is a well-established commercial flooring contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality installations across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial offices, and retail spaces. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee flooring projects across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple flooring contracts across Bristol, Somerset, Devon, and surrounding areas.

Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-start meetings to handover.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time and to specification.

Conduct regular site visits and attend progress meetings with clients and main contractors.

Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to across all sites.

Monitor project budgets and maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the flooring industry.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial flooring systems (vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, safety flooring, etc.).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects across a regional area.

CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications preferred.

Full UK driving licence essential.
