Key Duties
Support internal sales and branches when needed (technical queries, sales etc)
Support existing CCTV BDM team – joint visits, handle fire enquiries, develop new and existing customers
Prospecting new business opportunities and arranging meetings/presentations with customers.
Communicating new product developments to new and existing customers
Customer retention and development of existing base
Writing reports – Weekly summary, Business Plan, Territory reviews
Providing management with feedback – technical support issues, new product feedback, customer feedback
Effective journey/territory planning
Close liaison with manufacturers to prospect leads and build effective relationships.
Ability to promote the company’s wider range products and services, addressing or predicting client objectives
Ability to carry our surveys and report back findings to fire design team
Attending company exhibitions, engaging with customers and reporting detail back for follow up
Skills Needed
- Good technical understanding of Fire products we sell – C-tec, Nittan, Morley, Advanced, Apollo, Hochiki, Ventcroft etc….
- Understanding of when, why and where specific products are used
- Understanding of BS5839, ability to talk competently around it
- Ability to absorb technical training
- Able to organise and give training organised
- Ability to work on own initiative, time management/planning

- Location Based from home suggested locations are – Leeds heading North for Northern role Birmingham heading South for Southern role
- Reporting To Divisional Manager Fire
- Package Salary – DOE but typically £30 – £50K basic + KPI bonusses + Commission
