Our client a large-scale and complex Fire Door and Carpentry projects and associated Specialist Building works the business serves a diverse range of clients, with the majority of work concentrated in the Birmingham, Dudley, and Coventry areas.

About the Role:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors and related passive fire protection measures.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of work.
• Communicate with clients to provide technical guidance, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

About the candidate:

• Full UK Drivers Licence (Essential).
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in either passive fire protection or carpentry and joinery.
• Proven experience in installing, upgrading, maintaining, and repairing fire doors.
• Knowledge of fire-rated drywall, shaft walls, compartmentation, and fire stopping seals and penetrations is desirable but not essential.
