About the Role:

• Service and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
• Carrying out site surveys
• Ensure that the client is satisfied with the servicing of the system prior to leaving the site
• Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and submission of job reports through the Company’s service system
• Providing premium service to customers
• Ensure all system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance work comply with industry standards and legal requirements. 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of working on networked fire alarm systems
• Experience with Gent, Advanced, Morley systems, and aspirating Systems
• Working knowledge of BS5839 and BAFE
• FIA qualifications (FIA Units or Foundation route)
• Experience in maintaining and repairing the above systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively when conducting routine service visits and emergency call-outs. 
• Full UK driving license
• Experience in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors is preferred.
