About the Role:
- Service and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
- Carrying out site surveys
- Ensure that the client is satisfied with the servicing of the system prior to leaving the site
- Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets, and submission of job reports through the Company’s service system
- Providing premium service to customers
- Ensure all system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance work comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of working on networked fire alarm systems
- Experience with Gent, Advanced, Morley systems, and aspirating Systems
- Working knowledge of BS5839 and BAFE
- FIA qualifications (FIA Units or Foundation route)
- Experience in maintaining and repairing the above systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively when conducting routine service visits and emergency call-outs.
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors is preferred.
