Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor overseeing fast-track projects across the hospitality, leisure, retail, healthcare, education, commercial property, and premium residential sectors.

About the role

    • Tendering, Quotations and Negotiations of sub-contracting packages

    • Bid submission and management

    • Site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation

    • Evaluations of all effects of variations and design changes of all projects

    • Preparation and submission of invoices

    • Client and Supplier Relationship management

About the candidate

    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in fast track fit out (required) 

    • Wider knowledge of the joinery and fit-out (beneficial)

    • Used to site visits and client facing activity (beneficial) 

    • Ability to oversee projects up to the value of £1 million

    • Excellent analytical, numeracy, literacy and communication skills are essential

    • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite programmes
