Are you experienced in estimating within the passive fire protection industry?
Looking to join a growing contractor with long-term contracts and a strong pipeline of work?

We’re working with a reputable fire protection specialist seeking a proactive Estimator to take ownership of the tendering process. You’ll play a key role in pricing projects across multiple sectors, from commercial buildings to high-rise developments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate take-offs and pricing for passive fire protection works

• Work from drawings, specifications, and site surveys

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Support bid submissions and help secure profitable work

• Track tender feedback and adjust pricing strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating within passive fire protection

• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, and related systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and commercial acumen

• Based in or commutable to Northamptonshire
