ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Working on tenders in residential sector with a small element of light commercial 

• Working with the senior estimator until he retires in 2-3 years 

• Working closely with the managing director 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE 

• Prior experience in estimating is essential 

• Experience in plumbing and heating is ideal 

• Confident working alone and as part of a team 

• Strong client facing skills 

POINTS OF APPEAL 

• Up to £50k depending on experience
