Duties of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including take offs and preparing BOQs 

• Proposing suitable specifications and alternative value engineering specifications 

• Issuing quotations and liaising with clients 

• Knowledge of ceramics, Soft Flooring and Screeding products and specifications 

• Microsoft/IT literate 

• Experience using estimating software Bluebeam and Callidus 

• Attend and present mid and post tender meetings 

• Handover works internally to commercial teams  

• Work to given timescales and react promptly to queries 

• Must be able to manage multiple Tenders and work in a fast paced environment  

• Must have worked on projects ranging from £ 10K- £5 Mil. 

• Office based role Monday – Friday 

• Salary negotiable depending on experience
