About the Role
They are looking to recruit an ambitious Estimator that has the desire to become a senior figure in their commercial team in the future.
- Preliminary costings
- Business Development
- Developing client relationships
- Reporting in Director level
- Answering queries regarding tenders
- Check tender documents
- Value engineering
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
- Prepare and submit bids and quotations for commercial and residential projects.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate cost assessments.
About the Candidate
- Previous experience in pricing flooring contracts
- Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Wider knowledge and understanding of various interiors systems

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of construction project cycles and the tendering process.
