About the Role 

•  An ambitious Estimator who has the desire to become a senior management figure in their commercial team.
• Providing accurate and detailed estimates.
• Liaising alongside the Project Manager on tender submissions.
• Replying to general information requests.
• Ordering materials
• Improving efficiency of process from enquiry to proposal.

The successful candidate will be working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager and Managing Director, as well as fellow management staff based on site.

About the Candidate 

• Knowledge of the commercial fit out & refurbishment industry from production through to install, interpreting plans, sketches and concepts.
• Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good general IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
