Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Flooring Estimator. The role involves estimating and quoting for flooring projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors, and managing the procurement of materials. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily based in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
• Experience in estimating and quoting for flooring projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for estimating and project management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus
