My client is looking for a skilled Drylining and Ceilings Estimator to join their well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with solid estimating experience in drylining and ceilings to step into a long-term role with a stable and reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender returns
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and other documentation to produce detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Obtain and evaluate quotes
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities within the scope of works
• Liaise with internal teams to support a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, quotes, and tender documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience estimating drylining and ceiling works
• Proficient with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tender documents
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Self-motivated with good communication and organisational abilities
