You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed cost estimates for a wide range of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and bespoke restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate cost estimates, covering labor, materials, and other project-specific needs.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure alignment on budgets and project timelines.
• Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating competitive prices and ensuring quality.
• Assess project risks and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Review and analyze tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.

• Previous experience in estimating within the construction or restoration sectors.
• Strong knowledge of materials, building techniques, and project management.
