A specialist subcontractor delivering high-quality drylining, partitions, and suspended ceiling solutions is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support their continued growth. This role will oversee commercial duties on both new build and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take full commercial responsibility for assigned projects from pre-contract to final account

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage client and subcontractor variations and applications

• Track project profitability, manage risks, and report on key financials

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

• Conduct regular site visits and liaise with delivery teams to monitor project performance

• Support procurement of materials and subcontractor packages as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining or ceilings sector

• Strong grasp of contract administration and cost control

• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal skills for both client and team communication

• Degree-qualified or holding relevant vocational qualifications
