Responsibilities:
- Manage the control of all project documentation, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
- Conduct quality checks on documents to confirm they are the latest versions.
- Ensure that all relevant personnel have been issued the correct and most current documents.
- Maintain an organized and accurate filing system for easy tracking and auditing of project documents.
Requirements:
- Must possess a full driver’s license and have reliable transport.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality document control.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with project teams.
