About the Role 

My client is looking for a quantity surveyor with experience in delivering projects in the demolition or wider enabling and civils industry. 

• Commercial reporting 

• Preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment 

• Preparation of Cost Reports to the Client 

• Preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules 

• Management of subcontractor/supplier accounts 

• Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers 

About the Candidate 

The ideal candidate will be commercial astute, hardworking and able to multi tasking. 

• Experience in demolition or civils market  

• A Degree/ HNC/ HND in Quantity surveying or construction related field would be desirable 

• Hardworking with a desire to progress to a more senior level role
