• Overseeing H&S team including advisers and administrators 

• Operating at board level 

• Strategic development of operations team 

• Involvement with client contact and assist with tender submissions 

• Maintaining current company accreditations 

• Developing new company H&S procedures  

• Oversee in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks. 

About the Candidate     

• Previous experience in a Senior H&S management or Director role for a similar contractor 

• Relevant industry H&S Qualifications 

• Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety guidelines
