About the Role

Compile Site Audits and Safety Reports
-
Ensure all RAMS are continually updated and correctly implemented
-
Assist with maintaining current company accreditations
-
Ensure full accident investigation duties are completed
-
Compile ongoing records of inspection findings
-
Maintain and develop the company’s H&S training matrix
-
Assist with In-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks.

Involvement with client contact and assist with tender submissions
About the Candidate
-
Previous experience in overseeing demolition or enabling works from a H&S background or management background
-
Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
-
Analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety guidelines
