Role Overview

As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final handover. You will oversee project teams, ensure operational excellence, and be a key liaison point for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple landscaping contracts simultaneously

• Lead project teams and support Site Managers to ensure high standards

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• Attend client meetings and ensure strong ongoing relationships

• Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for efficiency

• Support tendering and pre-construction activities as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in landscaping or external works

• Strong leadership and project delivery background

• Excellent commercial and client-facing skills

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred

• Full UK driving licence
