About the Role

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction activities.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure clear communication among stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure the work meets design specifications and industry standards.
• Address issues that arise during construction to maintain project quality.

Requirements:

• Valid tickets (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
• General construction experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
