About the Role
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction activities.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Supervise site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure clear communication among stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure the work meets design specifications and industry standards.
- Address issues that arise during construction to maintain project quality.
Requirements:
- Valid tickets (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
- General construction experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
