Our client, a prestigious contractor within the interior fit-out sector, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a prestigious project in London. Specializing in high-end residential fit outs, the company is known for delivering quality and innovative solutions. This role will suit a dynamic professional with a strong background in project management, client relations, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are adhered to
• Control project budgets and costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with specifications
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Liaise with project managers, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of key project milestones

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing residential interior fit-out projects, ideally within high-end or complex environments
• Strong understanding of project management processes and building regulations
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with project coordination and managing site operations
• Detailed orientated
