Looking for a commercial Gas engineer. The successful candidate needs to be experienced, flexible, highly motivated, and capable of working under their own initiative and as part of a team.

About our client:

My client who is a leading domestic and commercial heating servicing, maintenance, and installation company is currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer. My client provides a professional, high-quality service across the Southeast. Current teams manage domestic and commercial installation projects as well as repair and maintenance contracts for a range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, education providers, and hospitals.

About the Role:

• Providing installation, service/maintenance, repair, and fault finding/ diagnosing breakdowns on commercial gas boilers and appliances, water and air heaters, and plant room work

About the candidate

The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate should be self–motivated and driven to reach high standards.

• Should have a full valid UK driving license
• Preferably a minimum of 5years of commercial experience
• A good understanding of plant equipment
• Should be qualified in CODNCO1 OR COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA 1 
• Should be able to produce paperwork and reports
• Must be capable of having an enhanced DBS check

Preferred Qualification:

• Some experience and new starters would be preferred
