With a turnover of £9 million and a team of 14 office staff, they are known for delivering high-quality flooring solutions across a wide range of commercial sectors. The Role:
You’ll be estimating flooring fit-out projects ranging in value from £100k to £1m. Working from drawings, you’ll play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders, contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes

• Collaborate closely with the wider office and project management teams

• Submit estimates on time and in line with client expectations

• Support post-tender negotiations where needed

Requirements:

• Junior or experienced estimators welcome

• Background in flooring or fit-out is a distinct advantage

• Confident working from drawings and understanding technical details

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Existing contacts within the flooring industry would be beneficial
