About the Role
They are looking to recruit an ambitious Estimator who has the desire to become a senior figure in their commercial team. Responsibilities include:

• Preliminary costing

• Developing client relationships

• Reporting at Director level

• Answering queries regarding tenders

• Checking tender documents

• Value engineering

• Attending site surveys as necessary

• Maintaining knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid the bidding process

• Resolving cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information

• Obtaining accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates

About the Candidate

• Previous experience in pricing medium to large-scale commercial contracts

• Flexible self-starter with the ability to prioritise

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Sound knowledge and understanding of various interior systems
