About the role:

The Site Supervisor will handle the following responsibilities:

Materials, Plant, and Information Management:

• Ensure the latest drawings are available on-site for teams
• Coordinate the delivery and distribution of materials to avoid delays
• Manage emergency material needs during planned visits
• Collaborate with buyers to hire or off-hire plant as required

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Address quality issues promptly and oversee corrective actions.
• Complete Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in line with QA procedures.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Regularly inspect sites to enforce health and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of safety among all team members.

Site Surveys and Investigations:

• Support estimators by conducting site surveys and assessing scope and constraints
• Track and report progress to the Contracts Manager.
• Identify and address potential issues to maintain timelines.

About the Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically in cladding or roofing projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and materials management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
• Valid driver’s license.
