About the Role:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and 3D models for shopfitting projects, including floor plans, elevations, and custom fixtures.
• Prepare technical drawings that include specifications for materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design integration and project requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that designs are completed on schedule and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Review designs for accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with client specifications. Conduct site visits to verify installations match the approved designs.
• Present design ideas and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.

About the Candidate:

• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, and experienced in 3D modeling.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, with an eye for detail and a good grasp of materials and finishes suitable for retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and updates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in shopfitting or a similar environment is advantageous.
